Hi everyone!

Finally, the long awaited update! Real Gameplay™ has finally made it in! We're talking Jewels, Spells, Attacks, Resources, enemy drops! So much stuff! Please note, however, that this is not an ecosystem update, so there are no new levels or tentacles to discover. Here are the patch notes:

Latest Patch - v0.3.8 (20/07/23):

- MASSIVE ADDITION: JEWELS! Jewels allow you to customize your abilities or improve various aspects of Flora. Search the Den to unlock them! Note: not all of them are present in-game, so don't go mad trying to find them all.

- KEYS: Unlock jewel slots over the course of the game. There are currently 4 Keys in game, so choose carefully which sockets you unlock!

- LUST: collect lust from hitting or pacifying tentacles! if your health drops below 0, the "Climax" ability triggers, consuming all Lust and healing you. Later on, Lust will serve extra functions, such as empowering attacks and spells.

- SPELLS! The basic spell is unlocked right before the first boss fight. Additional effects can be added to the spell by socketing Spell Jewels!

- ATTACKS: new attacks have been added (with placeholder animations). There are now 4 different attacks, with a 5th that will come later on. Attacks used while airborne all have an incorporated movement to facilitate air combat and make platforming even cooler.

- COLLECTION: check your progress and stats with the collection (hotkey: K or C)

- Needless to say, all hidden areas are now full of goodies =P

- Rebalanced all tentacles! overall, they tend to deal more damage and have less health. bosses all have much more health. That spell hits hard... 

- Slight adjustments to some levels and the tutorial system

- Many fixes and tweaks to values of other stuff! Have fun <3
