Caverns of Humility - Dev update


Rooms finished: 3/6 (but they were the biggest rooms, so about 60-70% done)

Hi everyone!
I'm re-scoping the update to include much of the progression and advanced platforming content (save, load, fast travel, more hazards etc...) and none of the advanced combat. Advanced combat will come in with the 4th ecosystem, the Cleansing Cambers, which is small enough to allow me to focus on the extensive gameplay change.

So far, I've done a pass on the basic platforming and updated the following:
 - Moved the camera up a notch, and increased the amount by which it moves down when toggling the down-cam. This means that by default you can see better what's above you, and while you are down-climbing you can see much further ahead.
 - Tweaked many values for the default jump, making it a lot more controllable while reducing the maximum height from 7u to 5u. Existing rooms have been updated to match this height, and backtracking is now possible everywhere except the Maw's boss room (intentional).
 - adjusted ground-detection to solve a rare issue where you could walk from one collider to the next and it would consider you airborne.

I'm hoping to release the update in about 2 weeks, but much depends on how long it will take to implement the fights.
